Lash extensions typically last 2-3 weeks before needing a fill.
Eyelash extensions are synthetic lashes added to your natural lash to enhance the fullness, length and curl.
Classics are a 1:1 ratio where every natural lash gets a synthetic one added to it. Volumes are where multiple synthetic lashes are fanned out then applied to one individual lash to create fullness. Hybrids are 50% classic and 50% volume mix to give you the best of both worlds!
PBT fibres.
Just come to your lash appointment makeup free, freshly showered and in comfy clothes, as well as if you want any other items such as earbuds and you are set!
The extension process typically lasts between 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours.
You can swim or shower, with swimming we recommend goggles and with showering try your best not to have a super steamy shower. After showers and swimming be sure to cleanse your lashes with the secret lash club cleanser.
It depends on what you are looking for, if you want a natural look go for classic or hybrids, but if you want a dramatic look go for volume or mega volume!
Eyelash extensions should not hurt getting them or having them. If you are having this problem immediately contact your lash tech.
Eyelash extensions do not feel heavy on the eyes. We place eyelash extensions based off their natural lashes.
They typically cost between $100-$200.
If done properly eyelash extensions should not damage natural lashes. Be sure to minimise pulling on lashes.
There is no need to wear mascara with lash extensions. If you do put on mascara it can affect the base of the extension, in which a removal and full set may be required. If you feel the need to put on mascara please book for a fuller infill. For example if you have classics, book for a volume refill to achieve a hybrid look.
Yes you can wear makeup, we just recommend oil free products, and to stay away from the eyes with too much product. Avoid eyeliner, mascara, and strip lash adhesive.
Yes you can! If before your service you would like to remove your contacts feel free to bring your contact case for after.
Infills are usually 2-3 weeks after getting lash extensions and we remove outgrown lashes, add more lashes to freshen up the look and add any lashes that have fallen out.

Yes, we do foreign fills! However, if the extensions are compromising your natural lashes a discussion with your technician may be needed. A removal then a full set may be necessary.
A trained and certified lash technician can apply eyelash extensions. If you are interested in applying eyelash extensions, we offer in-person training courses so that you can be qualified to provide services with the proper training and certification.
We will go over a consultation discussing what you are looking for, and health questions related to eyelashes.
We will begin by washing your lashes using a lash shampoo, then applying gel pads, applying tape, priming your lashes, mapping, then applying lashes.
Eyelash extensions come in many different colours, curl types and lengths!
